1. Production Process

The SP board production process involves extruding and compacting special dry-hard concrete mixtures through an extruder, enabling continuous, large-scale, stacked production without the need for any release agent or steam curing. It is formed in a single process.

2. Steel Consumption and Product Strength

Steel consumption is low, and the concrete strength grade is C45, resulting in high product strength. By using high-strength, low-relaxation steel strands instead of conventional steel bars, steel usage can be reduced by 20%-50%, while load-bearing capacity is increased by 20%-50%. A qualified SP board exhibits ductile failure. Cracks generated are basically uniformly and symmetrically distributed on both sides of the span. After new cracks form, the crack variation of previously generated cracks is minimal. After unloading 24 hours later, the cracks automatically close and a slight reverse arch occurs. This has been fully demonstrated through the "SP" board structural performance inspections in the first half of 1998 and 1999.

3. Large Span

The maximum span can reach 18 meters, allowing for the saving of some more expensive support beams, columns, and load-bearing walls, thereby reducing scale while increasing usable space.

4. High Load Capacity

It can easily withstand the larger loads required by manufacturing, warehouses, schools, and boiler rooms. In light factories, cold storage, schools, office buildings, large-span dance halls, and other buildings in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, and other areas, it has demonstrated advantages such as simple structure, clear force distribution, fast construction, and low comprehensive cost, replacing complex traditional beam-column structures, steel trusses, or concrete roof beams—roof panel systems.

5. Fast Construction Speed

It allows for all-weather construction, shortening construction cycles and significantly reducing construction costs, accelerating investment recovery.

6. Product Surface Finish, Density, and Dimensional Accuracy

The product has good surface finish and high density, with small geometric dimensional errors. The upper and lower surfaces of the SP board are flat, with errors generally within 1.5 mm.

7. Wide Range of Applicable Product Dimensions

The board thickness can be adjusted, and the length can be arbitrarily cut between 3-18 meters according to design requirements.

8. Sound Insulation and Fire Resistance Performance

The board has good sound insulation and fire resistance, with a fire resistance time of up to 4 hours on the board surface.

9. Equipment Operation, Labor Intensity, and Maintenance

Equipment operation involves low labor intensity, easily replaceable spare parts, hydraulic motor transmission, low noise, high production efficiency, and a production speed of 1.0-3.0 m/min.
